Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will execute Floorsets, drive merchandising updates, and ensure the store stays guest-ready through effective replenishment.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, set clear goals, and collaborate with leadership to keep the store fresh, organized, and aligned with brand standards. A team-first mindset and integrity are essential.
