Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader, upholding AEO Brand Visual Standards and executing Floorsets. You will coach the Floorset team and manage replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

You will drive merchandising day-to-day activities, identify opportunities, and collaborate to maintain a guest-first environment while ensuring safety and shrink-reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Ensure store representation aligns with AEO Brand Standards.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising and replenishment to stay guest-ready.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to optimize guest experience.
• Promote a culture of recognition and teamwork while maintaining store safety.
