Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining AE Brand Visual Standards.

You will drive Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and oversee replenishment to keep displays fresh and engaging. You will collaborate with leadership to plan and execute merchandising updates, optimize sell-through, and ensure safety and policy adherence on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills
• History of retail work (#practicemakesperfect)

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader; ensure store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring display standards across uppers, bustforms, tables and wardrobbers.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; identify merchandising opportunities and act with leadership
• Promote a teamwork culture to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to stay fresh
• Keep the guest experience as the #1 priority; celebrate wins with the team and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
• Ensure store safety standards on Salesfloor and in Stockroom; adhere to shrink-reducing strategies and AEO policies
