American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards and executing Floorsets.

You will help with marketing, replenishment, and merchandising updates while keeping the store guest-ready and aligned with brand standards. You will collaborate with leadership to train the Floorset team, drive productivity, and maintain high standards across uppers, tables, and display areas.

• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments with leadership alignment.
• Foster a teamwork culture and recognition to celebrate wins with the team.
