Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering the AE/O Brand Visual Standards. You will help implement Floorsets, lead a team, and ensure the store looks fresh and guest-ready.

You will drive merchandising updates, manage replenishment, and partner with leadership to capitalize on opportunities while maintaining safety and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have retail merchandising experience with attention to visual standards.
• Experience driving Floorset execution and replenishment.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experience aligned with Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Monitor day-to-day merchandising, sell-through, and replenishment to keep the store fresh.
