Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring floorset excellence, visual standards, and a guest-first experience. You will train the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and drive sell-through while upholding AE brand policies.

This role emphasizes teamwork, recognition of achievements, and adherence to safety standards in both sales floor and stockroom areas. Flexible availability and weekend shifts are common for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution and coach the Floorset team
• Maintain AE Brand Standards in merchandising and visuals
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments
• Support Merchandising Team Leader in team development
• Champion guest experience and celebrate team wins
• Ensure store safety on Salesfloor and in Stockroom and follow shrink-reduction strategies
