Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training to meet Brand Standards.
• Drive day-to-day merchandising and replenishment to optimize sell-through.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to maintain guest-ready store visuals.
• Encourage a team-focused culture and recognize staff achievements.
• Uphold store safety and company policies while reducing shrink.
