Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
• Ability to train and coach store teams on floorset execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards and ensure the store is guest ready through replenishment.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities and execute plans.
