Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Indianapolis seeks a Merchandise Leader to be the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will drive Floorset execution, merchandising updates and replenishment, and lead a team to maintain an outstanding guest experience and brand integrity.

You’ll coach the Floorset team, manage day-to-day merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards preferred.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution through training and coaching the Floorset team with clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store up-to-date.
• Help the merchandising team maintain AEO Brand Standards and ensure the store always looks fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to policies and shrink-reduction strategies.
