Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and maintaining visual standards.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store adheres to Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution through training and coaching of the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep store fresh.
• Help the Merchandising Team Leader ensure the team maintains Brand Standards during merchandising and replenishment.
• Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while focusing on guest experience.
• Uphold store safety standards and shrink-reduction strategies on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
