Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards on the sales floor, executing Floorsets, and updating merchandising and marketing displays to keep the store guest-ready through replenishment.

You will lead with attention to detail, coach your team, spot merchandising opportunities, and partner with leadership to keep floors fresh and compliant with store policies while celebrating wins and protecting

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floor-set execution.
• Ability to train and coach teams on visual standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Support training and coaching of the Floorset team and Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution and ensure all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Foster teamwork to maintain AE Brand Standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Prioritize guest experience and celebrate team wins while maintaining safety and policies.
