Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience driving Floorset execution and set ups.

Responsibilities

• You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards.
• You manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.
• You partner with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities and implement action plans.
• You foster a teamwork culture, ensuring the merch team delivers the guest experience and adheres to brand standards.
• You help maintain store safety, shrink-reduction initiatives, and compliance with policies.
