• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution and coaching to standards across store areas.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure the store maintains AEO Brand Standards and revitalizes displays.
• Champion guest experience and celebrate team wins while maintaining safety and policies.
