Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to serve as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards on the floor.

You will execute Floorsets, updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and aligned with the AE/Aerie brands. You will lead Floorset training, set productivity goals, and coach the Floorset team to consistently meet standards.

Qualifications

• Experience executing Floorsets and merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Ability to train and coach Floorset team and set productivity goals.
• Strong eye for visual standards and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for merchandising and drive guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• You own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to seize opportunities.
• You promote teamwork and ensure the team maintains Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• You champion a culture that celebrates wins and keeps safety and shrink-reduction in focus.
