Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our store operations. You’ll partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AE Brand Visual Standards, drive Floorset execution, and ensure the store is guest ready through effective replenishment and merchandising updates.

You’ll coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and maintain a high standard of visual presentation while promoting a culture of recognition and teamwork.

Qualifications

Experience driving Floorset execution and visual standards in retail environments.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Retail merchandising and visual skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Support Floorset execution and merchandising to reflect AE Brand Standards.
Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals and ensure store-wide adherence.
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
Maintain a guest-focused environment and celebrate team wins while reducing shrink.
Ensure safety standards on sales floor and stockroom; uphold policies and procedures.
