Job summary

American Eagle in Concord, NC is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our store leadership team. You will execute Floorset plans, manage visual standards, and train the Floorset team to deliver the guest experience that AE stands for.

You will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to drive replenishment, optimize merchandising updates, and keep the store looking fresh and guest-ready while upholding safety and shrink-reduction standards.
