Job summary

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, replenish stock, and optimize product presentation to delight guests. You will champion visual standards, drive day-to-day merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to keep floors vibrant, organized, and guest-friendly while maintaining store

Qualifications

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Experience with floorset execution and replenishment.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training to meet brand standards.
• Drive guest experience by merchandising updates and replenishment.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reducing practices on salesfloor and stockroom.
• Coach the Floorset team to meet productivity goals and standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to keep store looking fresh and organized.
• Engage with the team to reinforce AEO Brand Standards daily.
