Responsibilities

• Support Merchandising Team Leader to deliver outstanding guest experience and reflect AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment with an eye for opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain store standards and freshness of displays.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Uphold store safety, shrink-reduction strategies and compliance with policies.
