Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards on the selling floor. You will drive Floorset execution, train and coach the Floorset team, and ensure replenishment keeps the floor guest-ready.

You will partner with leadership to optimize displays, manage stock, and uphold safety and shrink-reduction standards while maintaining a positive, collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience executing floorsets in a retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and coach store teams.
• Focus on guest experience and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorset standards and merchandising updates.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell‑through.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards and safe store conditions.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate store wins with the team.
