Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Smithfield, NC seeks a Merchandise Leader to drive Floorset execution and uphold AE Brand Visual Standards on the sales floor. Qualifications

• Experience driving in-store Floorsets and merchandising updates.
• Strong eye for AE Brand Standards and visual presentation.
• Leads and coaches team to achieve productivity and guest-ready environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution with Floorset team leadership and clear productivity goals.
• Train and coach the Floorset team to ensure adherence to AE Brand Standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenish stock, and act on sell-through opportunities.
• Maintain a team-focused culture that prioritizes guest experience and recognises wins.
• Help ensure store safety and adherence to policies while reducing shrink.
