Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Concord, NC. You will be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and executing effective Floorsets and merchandising updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and store presentation.
• Ability to execute Floorsets and merchandising updates.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Support delivering guest experience aligned with Brand Standards by partnering with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution through coaching, training and clear productivity goals.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and take action to keep store looking fresh.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through day-to-day merchandising and replenishment.
