Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Merchandisers in Sugar Land, TX. You will maximize inventory, stock displays, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pickup and delivery as needed. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and help drive a positive shopping experience across our store.

Training on wine, spirits, and beer will be provided, with emphasis on promotions and loyalty programs. The role requires a flexible schedule, 21+ years of age, and the ability to lift and move items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers to build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely when needed; assist with curbside pick-up and delivery.
