Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston is hiring a Merchandiser to build displays, manage inventory, and support online orders. You will greet customers, deliver exceptional service, and help with curbside and delivery duties as needed.

Experience in retail and familiarity with POS systems are preferred. A flexible schedule, 21+ age requirement, and physical ability to lift and stand for long periods are expected. Details on benefits and training are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Load and deliver orders safely following company policies and traffic/safety laws.
