Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Merchandisers to support merchandising, curbside pickup, and in-store operations. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage stock, and assist with online order fulfillment. Flexible role may include driving deliveries where required.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long hours. Benefits include PTO, store discounts, health plans, and a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail recommended.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and build displays, end caps and signage.
• Assist with curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers to build relationships.
• Handle inventory tasks including pulling, stocking, and processing freight.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
