Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring an all-store team member in Texas. The Merchandiser role focuses on merchandising, inventory, and supporting online operations, with duties across front-end, curbside, and delivery services as needed.

You'll gain product training in wine, spirits, and beer, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment. Benefits include PTO, health plans, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer product training.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the store.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
