Job summary

Mondelēz in-store representatives deliver professional, positive service to store teams and shoppers, executing daily visits and merchandising standards. You will photograph displays, maintain stock levels, and support seasonal launches while aligning with RTM plans.

This role requires strong relationship skills, Salesforce use on the iPad, and adherence to safety and display guidelines at multiple store locations near Sumter, SC.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to store locations.

Job description

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while staying safe and compliant

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Sumter, SC
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday-Saturday
