Job summary

Mondelēz in Madison, MS is seeking a merchandising associate to engage store teams and shoppers with professionalism and optimism. You will follow DSD Merchandising Excellence, capture display photos via DMI, build relationships with store personnel, and ensure in-stock conditions by ordering product via iPad using Salesforce.

You will implement promotional displays, follow RTM plans, support seasonal launches, share store insights with the RTM and management, and handle lifting and stocking

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store floors while following safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Madison, MS
Schedule availability required: Sunday–Thursday
