Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a part-time in-store merchandiser to visit assigned retailers in Manning, SC. You will represent the brand with professionalism, perform stock and display setup, and capture photos using the DMI system. You will build strong relationships with store personnel and manage product orders via iPad and Salesforce.

The role emphasizes adherence to RTM plans, seasonal launches, and accurate reporting of store-level insights to the RTM and management teams as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years.
Valid REAL ID, U.S. Passport, or Federal ID.
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with insurance.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Schedule availability Tue-Sat.
Live within 25–35 miles of Manning, SC.

Job description

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, and move product while staying safe and compliant
Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Manning, SC
Schedule availability required: Tuesday-Saturday
