Job summary

Mondelēz International in Washington state seeks a Field Merchandiser to represent its snack brands in stores, deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers, and conduct daily store visits with DSD Merchandising Excellence.

You will order product via iPad using Salesforce, set up promotional displays, follow RTM store plans, and build strong relationships with store staff while maintaining safety and stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license or U.S. passport or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Lacey, WA.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; at least one weekend day.
• Availability for 5–6:00 AM start time.

• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while following safety and compliance requirements.

• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Lacey, WA
• Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed; at least one weekend day required
• Availability for 5–6:00 AM start time
