Job summary

Mondelēz in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand with professionalism and deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers. You will perform daily store visits, capture display photos via DMI, and follow DSD Merchandising Excellence guidelines.

You will build relationships with store personnel, place orders via an in‑store iPad using Salesforce, ensure in‑stock shelves and displays, and implement promotional displays per RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.

• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM

• Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while following safety and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Baton Rouge, LA)
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; start by 7 am
