Job summary

Mondelēz in Chandler, AZ seeks an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand with professionalism and drive. You will deliver exceptional service to store teams and shoppers while executing daily store visits, capturing display photos via DMI, and maintaining promotional displays.

You will place product orders via iPad using Salesforce, comply with RTM plans, and support new product launches and seasonal events.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
Live within 25–35 miles from Chandler, AZ.
Open availability including weekends and holidays; 6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store floors and shelves.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles from the primary location: Chandler, AZ
Open availability including at least one weekend day and holidays as needed
6:00 AM start time
