Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand with professionalism and positivity across assigned store locations. You will execute merchandising plans, capture display photos, build relationships with store teams, and ensure stock and promotional displays align with RTM standards.

The role requires independent work, strong customer service, and the ability to move product on the shop floor while using Salesforce and DMI for operations.

Job description

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Perform physical merchandising work, including moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Gladstone, MO)
• Schedule availability required: Four weekdays and one weekend day, start by 7 am
