Job summary

Mondelēz in Omaha, NE seeks an in-store representative to engage shoppers and store teams with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to merchandising excellence.

You will conduct daily store visits, capture display photos, order product via Salesforce on an iPad, implement promotions, and help maintain optimal in-stock conditions while building strong retailer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to store locations and lift/move stock.

• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Safely lift, bend, move, stock, push, and pull products between stock rooms and store floors

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Omaha, NE)
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday; start by 7 am
