Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Merchandisers to support store operations, merchandising, and curbside/delivery services. You will greet customers, build relationships, stock shelves, and assist with online orders while maintaining store safety and compliance.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; 21+ with ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21+ years old; able to lift up to 50 lbs; stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and support store displays, end caps, and signage.
• Process freight, organize inventory, pull and stock merchandise.
• Fulfill online orders and assist with in-store and curbside pickup.
• Occasionally drive and deliver orders if assigned, following safety rules.
• Welcome customers, build relationships, and explain products and services.
• Follow laws and safety standards; participate in training and promotions.
