Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Merchandiser staff to support store operations, inventory, and online order fulfillment. You will engage customers, stock merchandise, and participate in curbside delivery and pickup services where applicable.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, with familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Maximize product inventory and support online orders.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and deliveries.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Provide product knowledge and training as needed.
