Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to serve as Merchandisers, optimizing inventory, stocking shelves, and creating attractive displays while engaging customers with knowledgeable service.

You will assist with online orders, curbside pickups, and deliveries where required, while following safety and alcohol regulations. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and merchandising on the floor and in displays.
• Assist with online orders, curbside pickup and delivery support as needed.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and adherence to alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if required.
