Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking team members to ensure excellent customer service while maximizing inventory and supporting online orders. The role includes merchandising, store safety, and adherence to alcohol regulations. Training will cover wine, spirits, and beer products, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Flexible schedules with benefits are offered. Prior retail experience and familiarity with POS/inventory software are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, build displays, and support online orders and in-store pickup/delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and providing product information.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
