Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting digital orders.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all laws related to the sale of alcohol and a compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders if delivery is an essential function.
