Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Team Member to support merchandising, stocking, and curbside pickup while delivering excellent customer service. You will help manage inventory, greet customers, and assist with product knowledge and promotions in a fast-paced beer, wine, and spirits environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed. Benefits include PTO, health plans, and store discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting digital orders and curbside pick-up or delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe, professional manner and follow company policies.
