Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members who excel in customer service and merchandising. You will maximize inventory, support online orders, and help with curbside and delivery services where assigned.

You'll participate in product training and maintain safe, compliant store operations. Flexible evenings and weekends are required; starting pay ranges are posted, with full-time opportunities and advancement potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers to build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Store safety and cleanliness; adhere to laws on alcohol sale.
• Load and deliver orders; assist with in-store and curbside pickups and deliveries if assigned.
