Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks Store Team Members to help maximize product inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and deliver friendly customer service in a busy retail setting.

You will support online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery as needed, while maintaining knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required, with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers to inform about products and services.
• Support online operations including curbside pickup and delivery as needed and participate in training to build product knowledge.
