Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to join our store team. You will maximize product inventory, support online orders, and assist with in-store pickup and curbside services, while delivering a personalized shopping experience.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge from training, and maintain clean, compliant store operations. Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in retail; 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a personalized service experience.
• Maximize product inventory and assist with curbside/delivery orders.
• Stock shelves, build displays and end caps, manage signage.
• Support online orders and in-store pickup processes.
• Operate POS and assist with checkout procedures.
