Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Shoreline store is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning, stock movement, and adherence to SOPs. This role requires leadership experience and the ability to train and coach team members while partnering with

3+ years retail leadership experience
Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs.
