The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Fairfax, VA to drive merchandising and store execution, including truck processing, planogram sets, pricing, and visual standards. You will ensure a customer-ready store with strong workload planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, inventory control, Ship from Store, and developing the team through coaching and structured onboarding to reduce shrink and improve service.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandising and store execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution for a customer-ready store.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment, and POS-related activities to support sales.
• Train, coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
