Job summary

The Merchandise Manager at Michaels Stores drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, to maintain a customer-ready store environment. Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Prior experience with merchandise handling and store operations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and frequent movement in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading, sorting, and movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, coordinating with store leadership on staffing and execution.
• Oversee planogram execution to ensure sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure pricing integrity, correct promotional execution, and customer-ready store conditions.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.
• Handle RTVs and ASN receiving, ensuring documentation accuracy and inventory adjustments.
