The role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotions for a customer-ready store environment. You will lead workload planning, stock movement, and in-store execution while partnering with store leadership to align staffing and priorities with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong inventory management and stock replenishment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, pricing changes, and promotions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store readiness.
• Ensure Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Uphold asset protection and shrink reduction practices.
