The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Whittier, CA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution while maintaining a customer-ready environment. You will lead workload planning, manage in-stock levels, and coach team members to uphold SOPs and company programs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Experience with planograms and visual standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in upholding SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and ad sets.
• Lead Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
• Support Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction.
