You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready environment through effective workload planning and stock control. Key responsibilities include SOP adherence, MOD coverage, truck execution, SISO routines, POG compliance, asset protection, and staff development

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds and climb ladders or step stools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards and hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, ensuring timely unloading and merchandise flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, ASN receiving, and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members and partner in asset protection practices.
