• Plan workload and daily tasks; align staffing with business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) to improve in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving.
• Protect store assets and reduce shrink through proper procedures.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
