Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for its LA-area store to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure pricing accuracy, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory management. Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, floor leadership, Ship from Store, RTV/ASN processing, and staff development while

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and store programs.
• Strong planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including planograms and visual standards.
• Oversee truck processing, in-stock routines, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage, lead workload planning, and manage stock movement and replenishment.
• Lead Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes with accurate documentation.
• Train and coach team members to uphold asset protection and store standards.
